Return Policy

We operate in strict accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal. You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please contact us via the contact details below.

Please note that returns must be sent back to the authorized EU warehouse provided by our support team. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying physical shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
