Processing Times

All orders are processed strictly within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates (Europe Only)

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality lighting fixtures directly to our European customers. We ship exclusively within Europe to ensure high standards and rapid delivery.

• Standard EU Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the European Union. All fulfillment operations via our premium partners (Spocket/EU warehouses) are strictly bound to European deliveries.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please directly contact our support team with your name and order number, and we will initiate an immediate trace.
