3. Products and Services

We offer:

  • ready-made furniture,
  • custom-made furniture produced upon request.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Product Accuracy

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the actual product exactly.

5. Orders and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

A contract is formed only after order confirmation is sent by email.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be made using available Shopify-supported payment methods.

For custom-made products, we may require full or partial prepayment.

7. Shipping Policy

- Processing time: 1–3 business days

- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within the EU

- Custom products: up to 60 days production + shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We ship within the European Union only.

8. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made items:

  • are produced individually,
  • may require advance payment,
  • are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics).

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days, except for:

  • custom-made goods,
  • personalized items.

11. Complaints and Warranty

If you receive a defective product, contact us with:

  • order number
  • description of the issue

We will handle complaints in accordance with applicable EU laws.

12. Data Protection (GDPR)

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In case of disputes, both parties agree to first seek an amicable solution.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via:

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,
  • delays caused by suppliers or logistics partners,
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
